How to Play

The Game

To play the various computer games (Mac or PC), you must have a Lotoclic lottery ticket that you purchased from a Loto-Québec retailer. Each ticket enables you to play four complete games and allows you to win up to four times! If you win a prize, be sure to play all your games before going to a retailer.

To claim a prize, make sure to hold on to your ticket!

And remember to always endorse your ticket.

Open a Game Session

  • Scratch your ticket to uncover its 16-character access code.
  • Access the Games menu.
  • Click on "Launch session" and enter your access code in the space provided.
  • Select your desired game and begin playing by following the instructions on the screen. You can review the instructions at any time during the game by clicking on the question mark (?) on the right.

During the Game Session

If applicable, your winnings and number of games remaining are displayed at all times in the panel on the left.

  • You can play your four games with the same or different games.
  • You can change the game at any time, even when you are in the middle of playing a particular game.
  • You can stop playing at any time. The remaining games can be played by opening a new session with the same access code.
  • You will know if you won a prize when you reach the end of a game. In the event that you win, the prize will be added to your accumulated winnings posted in the panel. You win the corresponding prize provided that it is confirmed at a retailer location that your ticket is indeed the winner of that prize.

A winning ticket must be confirmed at a retailer location with the verification number. You must always present your ticket at a retailer location in order to claim your prize.

An illegible, mutilated, modified, forged, improperly cut, improperly printed, incomplete, incorrectly produced or otherwise defective ticket is null and void, unless Loto-Québec can determine that the ticket is actually the winner of the prize claimed by means of the verification number.

You can claim your prize in accordance with the conditions indicated on the back of your ticket. For more information, refer to the Claiming a Prize section.

Only Québec residents aged 18 or over who have a Lotoclic ticket with a valid access code are eligible to participate in the Promotion. Limit of one (1) entry per valid access code. Each entry is valid only for the draw that follows the registration of the entry on Loto-Québec's computer system. The access code printed on tickets for Loto-Bingo with the Lotoclic bonus game cannot be used for this promotion. Prizes are non-
transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. Loto‑Québec retains the right to request from the potential winner to produce the Lotoclic's ticket used to entry the contest.

Each time, during any given month, that you register a new valid Lotoclic ticket access code, whether or not you have already played one or more of your games, you will get to enter the draw set to take place early the following month.

To enter a given month's draw, your entry or entries must be submitted within a specified period (day and time).

To enter the contest, simply fill out the online entry form, accessible through the "new session" menu: a button will be displayed once you type your Lotoclic access code.
