Do you have an administrative question, or one related to billing, or to the operation, installation or removal of game terminals? Do you have a specific complaint? Would you like to talk to your territory manager or representative? Call Centre
Are you experiencing a technical or operational problem? Is your equipment malfunctioning or damaged? Are you short on equipment supplies? The Call Centre is there to help.
In case of a dispute with a player that you cannot settle despite the verification of the last games played shown on the screen, it is important to ask for assistance from the Call Centre right away. The equipment in question will be immediately deactivated in order to preserve the last events that occurred for analysis purposes.
