Retailers agree to:

• Ensure that only adults play at video lottery terminals.
• Comply with the stipulations of legislation, regulations and directives governing the operation of video lotteries.
• Refrain from installing advertising or commercial signs pertaining to video lotteries that are visible outside of their establishment, with the exception of materials supplied by the Société des loteries vidéo du Québec (SLVQ).
• Pay customers in full upon presentation of their reimbursement coupons.
