With an internal workforce of some 75 individuals, the Société des loteries vidéo du Québec (SLVQ) also calls upon companies in the private sector to enable it to carry out the majority of its day-to-day activities, as well as for the provision of various services related to its video lottery central system, central depot for the preparation of terminals, representation, installation, maintenance and equipment repair.

All partner companies are subject to a rigorous public call for tenders process, which allows for the selection of suppliers best able to deliver products of the highest quality. At the same time, this process is designed to enable Québec companies to reap the benefits of the SLVQ’s substantial investments.

The SLVQ is committed to maintaining and promoting relationships built on trust and confidence with the private sector and with the thousands of operators who constitute its business partners and with whom it consults regularly and keeps constantly informed. Whether it be its agents or representatives, its technicians, site owners or their employees, the SLVQ’s relations with its partners are based fundamentally on assuring the integrity of the activities related to operating its video lottery network.
