La Collection Loto-Québec: A Shared Source of Pride

For nearly 35 years, Loto-Québec has been supporting Québec’s contemporary visual arts creators and contributing to the popularity of local artists. Recognized as one of the province’s largest corporate collections, the Collection Loto-Québec showcases its works throughout Québec.

We, at Loto-Québec, are proud to be part of a state-owned corporation that supports local creativity in the arts.

Through its program for the acquisition of contemporary art and its special relationship with emerging as well as renowned artists from all parts of Québec, the corporation dedicates one hundredth of 1% of its sales figures for the acquisition of works, which translates into about 200 works a year. Today, our collection contains more than 4,500 works created by nearly 1,200 Québec artists, making it without a doubt one of the most impressive corporate collections in the country. The development of the Collection is therefore an integral part of Loto-Québec’s contributions to the community.
