A museum in the workplace

The Collection’s works are part of the architectural landscape at each of Loto-Québec’s properties. Whether at its head office or at some of its subsidiaries, Loto-Québec shares the works of its Collection with employees by exhibiting the works in the offices and other work areas, making them a veritable museum. All Loto-Québec employees, regardless of their position or status, can ask to have up to three works displayed on the walls of their own work environment.

In fact, the Collection has imparted a passion for collecting on a number of employees. By sitting on the acquisitions jury and being surrounded by art on a daily basis, employees often catch the visual arts bug! By helping them become familiar with art and culture in the workplace, La Collection Loto-Québec undoubtedly has a positive effect on company culture.
