$1,000,000 - A Maxmillion for a group of residents of Laval, Montérégie and Montréal

Montréal, July 12, 2012 – Constance Craig, Theresa D’Agostino, Tracy June Derick, Gabrielle Faustini, Lise Hamilton, Patrizia Pistacchio, Gail Stefanie Reeves, Giuseppina Sferlazza, Kirsten Sorenson, Beryl Tryansky Aranoff, Justin Aranoff, Lorne Aranoff, Giovanni Campoli, Luigi Francabandera, Antoine Gordian, Serge Jetté, Pierre Marquette, Peter Nemes, Luigi Poce, Ben Tryansky, Giacomo Vultaggio and Gabor Zechmeister – a group of co-workers hailing from Laval, Montérégie and Montréal – will share a Maxmillion prize worth $1,000,000, won at the June 22nd Lotto Max draw. Although M. Zechmeister has been organizing lottery groups for several years, he was shocked when the retailer showed him the amount that he and his co-workers had won. The lucky winners all intend on using their respective shares of $45,454 for vacations, paying off debts and splurging on loved ones.

The lucky ticket was purchased at a Laval gas station, which will receive a 1% commission of $10,000.
