Self-exclusion program

Self-exclusion program

With the opening of the province's first casino in 1993, the Société des casinos du Québec also implemented a self‑exclusion program, the first of its kind in North America. Since then, its success has inspired similar programs in other Canadian and U.S. casinos.

Players may request to be denied access to Québec's casinos and gaming halls for a predetermined period ranging from three months to five years. The program is confidential, bilingual and free of charge. Once registered, players may not withdraw from the program. It is also available to Espacejeux members.
