Reconciling our commercial and social mandates

All of our activities—from developing to marketing games of skill and chance—are carried out in accordance with our mission of responsibly managing the offering of games of skill and chance by promoting order, measure and the interest of Québec society and our vision to become a recognized leader in the responsible commercialization of games of skill and chance.
Responsible commercialization consists of two major components:

• public order: offering trustworthy games by channeling the available games into controlled systems
• public health: promoting responsible gaming by effectively managing games of skill and chance

This updated framework makes it possible for Loto-Québec to meet the mandate objectives the government has given us and to continue our economic role as a leader in raising awareness about, promoting and preventing compulsive gambling.
